Position Overview

Jade Fiducial is looking for a Back Office Manager who will be responsible for developing and streamlining administrative and tax procedures.

The Back Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy team.


Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding of new clients, setting up clients in database, and maintaining and tracking of client activities/updates.
  • Preparing and sending out engagement letters, tax organizers, and other tax-related documents
  • Performing state registration and renewals
  • Filing of 1099s
  • Other duties as assigned.


Desired Skills/Experience/Attributes

  • Office management or administrative experience necessary.
  • Experience working in a CPA/Accounting firm, law firm, or professional services form highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of accounting a plus.
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
