Position Overview
Fiducial is looking for a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to provide support to our branch office in Hillsboro, OR during tax season. This is a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience, a background in bookkeeping, accounting, and/or taxes a plus. Responsibilities include but are not be limited to: answering phones, client relations, data entry, & other general office tasks.
Desired Skills/ Experience/Attributes
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Interest in Accounting is helpful.
